What is the timeline for a build?
Timeline is not based on a particular set of plans or the client. We like to put 12 months on our contracts from start of drafting to turning keys over. Reason for the 12 months for multiple reasons vary for implemented whether delays, material and labor shortages drafting delays change order to name a few. Of course we would do work hard to create a shorter time than 12 months. Quality over Quantity. Keep in mind Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Do we get allowances on certain parts of the build?
Allowances are offered on the following: Flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, light fixtures, appliances, & plumbing fixtures.
Do you have a particular lender you work with?
Yes we work with University Lending which is based local as well. If you would like more information please contact us.
Can you build on our lot?
Yes we can! We actually encourage you to bring us to you lot and let us work with your plank canvas. If you are looking for lot we can refer you to realtors in the area that can help you find that perfect piece of land.
Can you build using our plan?
If you already have a plan, we have no problem using your plan to build the home of your dreams. We do offer a few plans we have built in the past. They are in the link above with plans and past projects. We also work with a local drafting company Westerra Development out of Crestview FL and Nelson Design Group online.
