H.J. Homes, LLC traces its roots to a collaborative effort between Harold Serrano Sr. and son, Harold Serrano Jr. Both bring valuable military experience from our respective services in the United States Navy and Marine Corps, where we learned the values of discipline, precision, and teamwork.
Our journey began in 2008 in Washington state, initially focusing on renovation and remodeling projects under a different name. With a passion for construction and a commitment to excellence, we quickly established a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service. As our expertise grew, so did our aspirations, leading us to expand into the vibrant market of the Florida panhandle.
Over the past decade, our focus has evolved significantly. For the last six years, we have dedicated ourselves exclusively to the art and science of homebuilding. This period of specialization has been marked by significant milestones, including the successful completion of five semi-custom homes and one spec home. Each project reflects our unwavering dedication to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the fulfillment of our clients’ dreams.
